By electronically signing this mentee application to participate in The Associated’s Mentorship Program, I agree to complete the following:
1. Meet with my assigned mentor at least three times over a six-month period.
2. Meet with the program’s Co-Chairs and/or Professional at the three-month mark and at the conclusion of six months.
3. Communicate with the program’s Co-Chairs and/or Professional about any challenges that arise in the mentor/mentee relationship.
4. Maintain confidentiality throughout and following the program.
5. Attend at least one Associated event while participating in the Mentorship Program.
6. Explore involvement within The Associated system and the Baltimore Jewish community throughout and beyond the Mentorship Program
