By electronically signing this mentor application to participate in The Associated’s Mentorship Program, I agree to complete the following:

1. Meet with my assigned mentee at least three times over a six-month period.
2. Meet with the program’s Co-Chairs and/or Professional at the three-month mark and at the conclusion of six months.
3. Communicate with the program’s Co-Chairs and/or Professional about any challenges that arise in the mentor/mentee relationship.
4. In addition to providing mentorship around professional careers, discuss my involvement with and nurture their involvement with The Associated and Jewish community.
5. Discuss the importance of philanthropic and volunteer participation within The Associated system.
6. Make a leadership level gift to The Associated’s 2023 Annual Campaign.
7. Participate in professional affinity events and programs while I am serving as a mentor, so as to encourage participation by the mentee.
8. Maintain confidentiality of the mentee throughout and following the program.
